  • Eligibility: Visitors to USA or international travelers outside their home country (age more than 14 days).
  • Policy Maximum: Plan offers maximum coverage choices of $50,000, $75,000, $100,000 and $130,000 per person, per certificate period of coverage. For travelers ages 70 to 79 years, the maximum coverage is limited to $50,000 or $75,000, and for ages 80 years and older it is reduced to $10,000.
  • Plan Deductible: Choice of U$0, $50, or $100 deductible per incident/accident per insured member.
  • Duration: Minimum certificate period of 5 days to maximum coverage/renewal period of 1 year (364 days).
  • PPO Network: NO PPO network, treatment can be received with any doctor or hospital of your choice.

An acute onset of a pre-existing condition is a sudden and unexpected outbreak or recurrence of a pre-existing condition which occurs spontaneously and without advance warning either in the form of physician recommendations or symptoms. Treatment must be obtained within 24 hours of the sudden and unexpected outbreak or recurrence.
Chronic and congenital conditions are excluded from coverage benefit.
Only “Acute Onset of Pre-existing conditions” is covered for ages below 70 years, up to the specified limit for an acute onset of a pre-existing condition if the condition occurs during your coverage period, and if you receive treatment within 24 hours of the sudden and unexpected recurrence.
